Summer Home Maintenance Guide Summer is a beautiful time of year in Upstate New York. It’s also the perfect time to check on your home mechanics and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency year-round. Here is what we recommend: 1. Inspect & Clean the Air Conditioning System • Replace Air Filters: Ensure your AC unit runs efficiently by replacing or cleaning the air filters. • Schedule Professional Maintenance: Have a professional inspect and service your AC unit to prevent breakdowns. • Clean Vents and Ducts: Ensure that vents and ducts are clean and unobstructed to allow for proper airflow. 2.
